Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of this product, we are unable to offer returns- instead we will issue replacements or refunds when needed. To start a replacement or refund, you can contact us at info@grubgrenade.com. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is normal for the mites to congregate in the centre of the media during shipping. Please follow the instruction on the pamphlet included in your order to help identify live mites before adding to your plants. This is a fairly unique item and we are happy to assist if anyone is having trouble viewing the mites.

If you currently have a severe pest infestation it can take up to 6 weeks to eradicate the pests. If you are certain the mites were healthy when added to your plants, please allow at least 3 weeks before requesting a replacement or refund if you aren't seeing results.

Refunds will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
